 Since his graphic design, art and mediastudies in Ghent (BE)
and Athlone (IRL), he started working as a designer and visual artist,
often in-situ and on a co-creativ way collaborating with organisations,
companies, other visual artists, designers, architects, musicians and externals.

Studio Vaart
2013 - now

fysical working place and archive of found and manufactured objects and constructions serving as instruments for projects and presentations.

Most of the objects are continuous moving, making new connections. Often, materials and pieces are derived from a specific in-situ project, in the studio, they obtain a new and autonomous value.

I like to present my work as as 'Tables Of Contents', showing materials, compositions and plans on a flat field, on a table, indicating stories. Also because a table implies some kind of use, on a daily and shared manner.

On a playful manner, the studio is a place for recreation, realisation and reflection.
